Wine can be so emotive. What seems like an interesting hobby can soon become an obsession, and when you have tasted a wine from one of the greatest estates or producers, then it's easy to see how and why!

At Rose & Affiliates, we take great pride in helping our clients find great wines and build amazing portfolios (and in some cases actual cellars!). 

While Grand Cru Burgundy and Bordeaux have recently dominated global demands, there are plenty of wines made in both these regions and others from around the world to suit all palates, and budgets.

Globally, wine buying has recently been driven and focussed towards quality and not quantity. What this actually means is that lower priced wines are struggling, whilst there is still high demand for more expensive examples, but these are generally harder to find. 

There is also a movement towards wines that are made in a 'lighter' style, with grapes like pinot noir being favoured.
